I help clients anywhere, anytime, in-person, or over the phone, Facetime, or online classes. Let’s build a strategy and plan of action to get you where you want to be. You can do this! I can help!
10 Hours Health Coaching
Receive ten (10) hours of individual one-on-one personal coaching and assistance through either in-person or Facetime consultations, where we will work together to determine you and your family’s needs and learn together the best ways to meet your health goals. We will address concerns about weight loss, behavior issues, memory, learning, and more!
Your road to health starts now! These one-on-one sessions will be your road map to teach you about the pillars of health, Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. I’ll be your guide along the way. This one-on-one coaching experience is a weekly one (1) hour session via Facetime or in-person. You can also alternate with either additional on-line workshops or a custom program that equals 10 hours of coaching. The combination of these two sessions together is surely a recipe for success.
We will:
